porgabé is an abbreviation of the phrase ‘Premium ORGAnic BÉbe’. porgabé focuses on ‘presenting high-quality natural products for our babies’. porgabé’s small lettering represents the babies and kids it works for. porgabé is composed of 100% organic cotton clothes for babies younger than 12 months, furniture for children made with natural wood, and jewellery products for children, mothers, and fathers. porgabé was inspired by the Vincent Van Gogh masterpiece ‘Almond Blossom’, which was presented by the artist to his younger brother Theo, to bless the birth of his nephew. porgabe’s packaging incorporates the colour of the almond blossom painting and its flowers. This is why porgabé’s slogan, ‘The first present’, reflects the way in which a newborn baby is the first gift to their parents, friends and family. Likewise, porgabé will be a parent’s first gift to their baby. Almond blossoms represent hope, which aligns with porgabe’s values. We avoid using disposable plastic in our packaging as we are a sustainable brand focusing on environmentally-friendly production processes. We have decided not to dye our fabrics, since that wastes a lot of water and natural dye fades after a few washes.
